Why a podcast, and why now
People hire the advisor they already trust.
Nobody picks a financial advisor from a search ad. They pick the person who has been in their ears for months, explaining retirement transitions, market swings, and tax season in plain language. A podcast builds that trust at scale, one episode at a time, before the first meeting ever happens.
Live Well! with Matt Wilson
Financial clarity for real-life transitions
Matt Wilson, a financial advisor at Cornerstone Wealth Services in South Bend, hosts Live Well!, a show about the space where financial clarity meets real life: retirement, career shifts, loss, and reinvention. We produce the show end to end, in audio and video.
Every episode ships with a full content suite: show notes, a blog post, an email newsletter, LinkedIn posts, pull quotes, and social captions. One hour of recording becomes a month of client-ready content, all reviewed before anything goes live.
The same team behind a top 20 tax podcast
Proof from firms whose compliance stakes look like yours
We produce shows for wealth management teams including Hightower Advisors, and for tax and accounting firms at every stage of the road. We built SALTovation's YouTube channel from zero; five years and 120+ episodes later it ranks among the top 20 tax podcasts and helped raise the firm's profile ahead of its acquisition by Aprio.
Advisory is the same road: deep technical expertise, a compliance layer, and clients who buy trust. If we can make state and local tax bingeable, your practice will be fine.
What we do
Everything a financial advisor needs to sound like the authority they are.
End-to-end podcast production for advisors and wealth management teams. You bring the expertise. We handle the rest.
Audio and video production
Full production of every episode, in both audio and video, ready to publish.
Branding from zero
Show identity, artwork, and positioning built from a blank page when you have nothing yet.
YouTube channel build
We stand up and grow the channel itself, from the first upload to steady growth.
Show notes and content
Written show notes and supporting content that turn each episode into something clients can find, read, and forward.
How it works
From first call to first episode.
You do not need a plan, a name, or a single piece of equipment to start. Here is the whole road.
Tell us about your practice
A short conversation about your clients, your niche, and what you want a show to do. We will tell you honestly whether a podcast fits.
We build the foundation
Show name, artwork, positioning, and a YouTube channel stood up from zero. If you already have a stalled show, we start from what exists.
You record. We handle the rest
You bring the financial expertise and show up to record. Editing, publishing, show notes, and promotion are on us.
The show compounds
Episode after episode, the channel grows into a body of work that answers your clients' questions before they ask, and introduces you to their friends before you ever meet.
Common questions
Questions financial advisors ask us.
How much time does this take from me?
For most of our shows, a host spends about an hour recording an episode. Everything else, the editing, the publishing, the show notes, the promotion, is handled by us. Your client meetings stay client meetings.
Is this a turnkey, done-for-you service?
Yes. You record for about an hour. We handle everything after that: editing, video, show notes, publishing, and promotion, and each episode becomes about eight pieces of content. Your job is to show up and approve.
Do you work with insurance agents and RIAs?
Yes. Independent advisors, RIAs, wealth management teams, and insurance professionals all fit the same model: you are the expert, clients buy trust, and every piece of content goes through your review (and your carrier's or firm's approval process) before it is published.
I already have a radio show. Can you turn it into a podcast?
Yes. A radio hour is already a recorded conversation. We can edit it into a podcast, build the YouTube version, and cut short clips from it, so the show keeps working long after it airs. If you are deciding between buying radio time and starting a podcast, a podcast keeps every episode searchable and in your control. Compare a podcast and a radio show side by side.
Do you make video clips for social media?
Yes. Every episode is cut into short vertical clips with captions for YouTube Shorts, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, along with the full-length YouTube episode. They go through the same review as everything else.
What about compliance review?
Nothing publishes without your sign-off. You, and your firm's compliance process, review every episode and every piece of written content before it goes live. We build the review step into the workflow, not around it. See how compliance review works, step by step.
I am an advisor, not a media person. Do I need equipment, recording software, or a studio?
No. We handle the technical side end to end, and we coach every host through their first recordings. If you are near South Bend you can record in our studio; if not, remote recording works just as well. Matt started exactly where you are.
What would we even talk about?
The questions your clients already ask you: retirement transitions, market volatility, taxes, life changes, and what to do when everything changes at once. If you have explained it across a desk, it belongs on the show. That is what Live Well does every episode.
How long before a podcast actually produces clients?
Honestly: it compounds. New shows gather their first views and subscribers within months. Our longest-running professional-services show is five years in, ranks among the top 20 in its category, and has directly produced new clients for its firm. The road is real, but you have to walk it.
We started a podcast once and it stalled. Can you restart it?
Yes, and you are in good company: most advisor podcasts stall because production falls on someone with a full-time job. We take over the production load so the show survives your busy seasons.
