Podcast production for tax and accounting firmsYour firm's expertise deserves an audience.
We build and run full audio and video podcasts for tax, accounting, and CPA firms: the branding, the channel, the episodes, the content that turns deep technical knowledge into new clients.
YouTube views across our three tax shows in the last 12 months. Three firms, three stages of the same road.

Three firms, three stages of the same road
Wherever you are on the road, we have already walked it.
A show at four months looks nothing like a show at five years. We produce tax podcasts at every stage, from the first episode to a top-ranked channel that helped its firm get acquired. Start below at the destination, then see how the road begins.
SALTovation by Aprio
State and local tax, five years on the air
We built SALTovation's YouTube channel from zero. Five years and 120+ episodes later it ranks among the top 20 tax podcasts, and the show directly produced several new clients for the firm.
With the podcast helping to raise its profile, SALTovation was acquired by Aprio. We have now started contractor work with Aprio to help with their larger production needs. This is what the road looks like when a firm commits to it.
"We love TWM, Michael, and the entire team - they are unequivocally amazing!"Meredith Smith / SALTovation
ITC: Strategic Tax Podcast
Built from nothing, nine months ago
Nine months ago ITC had zero branding, zero YouTube channel, zero content. We created everything: the brand, the channel, and full audio and video production for every episode.
In roughly nine months of publishing, the channel has passed 20.8K views. This is the middle of the road, where a new show stops being an experiment and starts becoming a habit.
Tax Intelligence with TaxOps
Launched from the ground up since March 2026
We have been working with TaxOps since March 2026, about four months, building the show from the ground up. In that short window the channel has already gathered 5,028 views and its first subscribers.
This is the start of the road, and it is where most firms are standing right now. The work TaxOps went through has been smooth enough that they have been comfortable recommending us onward.
"This was an easy process and creates nice content to share."Sue Lepping / TaxOps
Every episode also becomes a search optimized article.
Not a summary. A real article, structured to be found by someone who has never heard of your show. This is the opening of the one we wrote for a recent SALTovation episode, unedited.
H1 Sales Tax Compliance After Wayfair: What Changed
Meta description TaxWire CEO Andrew Rea joins SALTovation to unpack sales tax compliance after Wayfair: rate changes, use tax, software sourcing, and where automation ends.
Slug sales-tax-compliance-after-wayfair
A company sells $100,000 into a new state, someone in finance remembers a headline about economic nexus, and suddenly sales tax compliance is a standing agenda item. That reflex barely existed a decade ago. Today it is close to muscle memory for controllers and finance leaders, and it is reshaping an entire industry.
On this episode of SALTovation, hosts Meredith Smith and Judy Vorndran sit down with Andrew Rea, CEO and founder of TaxWire, to talk about what actually happens after the awareness moment: who maintains the rates, who reads the guidance, who decides whether a transaction is taxable, and what breaks when a company assumes software alone will handle it.
Why Wayfair Changed the Conversation About Sales Tax Compliance
Judy Vorndran has watched the entire arc. "The Wayfair case is the biggest national attention we've ever had on sales tax in my entire 30-year career," she says. Sales tax moved from a back-office chore to national news, and that visibility has been good for both the business community and the SALT profession.
The full article continues for another 1,500 words.
The same episode also produces show notes with chapters, a LinkedIn article and a separate LinkedIn post, an email newsletter, pull quotes, copy for Facebook, Instagram and X, and the short vertical clips.
What we do
Everything a tax or CPA firm needs to sound like the authority it is.
The same end-to-end podcast production we deliver to the tax, accounting, and CPA firms above. You bring the expertise. We handle the rest.
Audio and video production
Full production of every episode, in both audio and video, ready to publish.
Branding from zero
Show identity, artwork, and positioning built from a blank page when you have nothing yet.
YouTube channel build
We stand up and grow the channel itself, from the first upload to steady growth.
Show notes and content
Written show notes and supporting content that turn each episode into something clients can find and share.
How it works
From first call to first episode.
You do not need a plan, a name, or a single piece of equipment to start. Here is the whole road.
Tell us about your firm
A short conversation about your practice, your clients, and what you want a show to do. We will tell you honestly whether a podcast fits.
We build the foundation
Show name, artwork, positioning, and a YouTube channel stood up from zero. If you already have a stalled show, we start from what exists.
You record. We handle the rest
You bring the tax expertise and show up to record. Editing, publishing, show notes, and promotion are on us.
The show compounds
Episode after episode, the channel grows into a body of work that brings clients to you. That is the road the firms above are on.
Common questions
Questions tax and CPA firm partners ask us.
How much time does this take from our partners?
For most of our shows, a host spends about an hour recording an episode. Everything else, the editing, the publishing, the show notes, the promotion, is handled by us. Your billable hours stay billable.
We are accountants, not media people. Do we need equipment or a studio?
No. We handle the technical side end to end, and we coach every host through their first recordings. The firms featured on this page started exactly where you are.
What about compliance and review?
Nothing publishes without your sign-off. You review every episode and every piece of written content before it goes live, so your firm's standards are never at risk.
How long before a podcast actually produces clients?
Honestly: it compounds. Our newest show gathered its first five thousand views and first subscribers within four months. Our longest-running show, five years in, ranks among the top 20 tax podcasts and has directly produced new clients for its firm. The road is real, but you have to walk it.
Can you work with a CPA firm that has nothing? No brand, no channel, no content?
That is our specialty. ITC came to us with zero branding, zero channel, and zero content, and we built all of it. Starting from a blank page is the road we know best.
We started a podcast once and it stalled. Can you restart it?
Yes, and you are in good company: most firm podcasts stall because production falls on someone with a full-time job. We take over the production load so the show survives busy season.
